What Happens at a Health Expo?
During each Health Expo, our team of professionals and volunteers provide a range of screenings and wellness services, completely free of charge:
📚 Free health literature with practical advice on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and natural approaches to wellness.
🩸 Blood pressure checks to monitor heart health.
💉 Digital blood glucose testing for early signs of diabetes.
❤️ Cardiovascular risk checks to assess overall heart function.
🌬️ Respiratory testing (peak flow) to evaluate lung capacity.
⚖️ BMI (Body Mass Index) assessment to understand weight-related risks.
💆 Short therapeutic massages to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
